On the occasion of Fuorisalone 2024, IAMMI presents LIKE A ROCK, a sensory installation that celebrates the deep bond between matter and nature, in line with this year’s theme “Materia Natura”.
The installation invites visitors to a dreamlike and tactile journey through an interactive landscape of “Tofu” seats handcrafted from recycled foam rubber. The rocky shapes, surprisingly soft to the touch, blend with white fabrics and drapes, creating an atmosphere of peace and serenity.
The LIKE A ROCK experience is not only aesthetic but also an invitation to reflect on sustainability. IAMMI emphasizes the importance of a responsible creative and design process, using recycled materials and creating an environment for contemplation and sharing.
The “Tofu” seats, the protagonists of the installation, embody the essence of contemporary design. Inspired by rocks, their amorphous shapes range from small sizes to real sculptures, offering a unique and engaging tactile experience.
